Agar 3 kg se zyada ka aapka parcel hoga, to per kg 300 rupaye charges pay karne honge. Example, agar aapka parcel 4 kg ka hai, to DC charges 299 nahi, balki 599 ho jayenge. Aur agar aapka 5 kg ka charges hai, to isi tarah se per kg 300 rupaye aapko izafa pay karne honge.
Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Exchange (if applicable)
If by any chance we send you the wrong or a faulty product, you have the right to return us that product in Original Condition within 7 days of your purchase and get another product replacement at no additional cost.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will receive your required item within 4 to 5 working days.
Refund:
If you have received your item and unfortunately didn’t like it, still we accept return/Refund. Refund is applicable only if item is in its original condition. 20% service charges will be deducted on refund payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@trendly.pk and send your item to warehouse : Lower Ground of National Bank Aitmaad, Main road E-11/2 Markaz.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
